As a nursery manager she leads a team of people who provide exceptional childcare and good learning outcomes. She manages and supports staff to ensure the nursery offers a safe and caring environment to children. 
She supervises activities and planning to make sure that your child’s needs are met. She works closely with parents / carers, giving them a high quality service including regular progress and development reports of the children.
